By province, 59.6% of the total confirmed cases occurred in the metropolitan area, 36.3% in the non-metropolitan area, and 4.1% in the quarantine stage.

The distribution of the path of infection among confirmed patients was analyzed as being 29% of cases related to group outbreaks, 26% of cases of infection through contacts of prior confirmed cases, and 9.1% of infections through medical institutions and nursing facilities.
